The Partnership, since its inception, has impacted the lives of thousands of youths and adults. Some of the specific programs it has been responsible for are: The School Resource Officers Program (SRO’s), Office on Youth; The Serve, Learn and Earn Program; the WIA Youth and Adult Programs; Environmental Science Water and Wastewater Operator’s Training; the Summer Youth Work Initiative; The Scholastic Excellence Through Community Service Program; developed a state model for service learning.
“These, as well as many other initiatives undertaken by the partnership,” states Mr. Howard Spencer, “promote learning opportunities which help participants achieve their potential through cooperative alliances with individuals, families, schools, community groups, businesses, industries and government.”
